All of the mouse movements were way to fast for me to even keep up, but if I was hijacked the controller seemed to definitely have a purpose. So I turned off my internet, checked what processes were running, and saw that Skype was running as well as using a good portion of my memory.Īnother weird thing I think I should add is that the mouse seemed to go to the desktop and open a sort of hidden file. I then turned the wireless network back on, and the erratic movements started up again. I thought it was odd that Skype was among my most used programs yet I rarely use it.Īnyways, when I got back my mouse kept on moving by itself so I disabled my wireless connection. I have used Skype one time since installing it a couple of weeks ago.

When I came back I was getting repeated system beeps and when I looked it seemed as if my mouse was moving on its own. Yesterday I left my computer open in Firefox and left the room for a minute.
